Mount & Blade II Bannerlord FAQ and guide Section One: Troops, parties and XP Section Two: Clans, Kingdoma & Armies Recruiting troops. Soldiers can be recruited from settlements (villages and towns) on the campaign map. Visit a settlement and click ‘Recruit troops’.
