On newer Android version you can turn on LDAC right in the Bluetooth setting (tapping on the cog button next to the XM4's name and you'll see it. If that does not work look for Bluetooth Audio Codec in Settings> Developer Options and swith it to LDAC. If both of those doesnt work then maybe Huawei's disabled LDAC on the phone.
