Street 750 – Heat Deflectors. What is the purpose of the product? Heat Deflectors help protect the rider from the heat draft that comes from the engine and hits the thighs of the rider causing “thigh fry”, in turn causing a lot of discomfort especially during low speed riding. This product redirects the heat aerodynamically away from theMid-Speed Handling. We rode up to Tortilla Flat on the twisty Apache Trail east of Phoenix. The road has several 15 mph turns that can be taken at 20-25 mph. At this “mid” speed, the same slow speed oversteer occurs where the front wheel wants to turn in. This countersteers the front wheel, causing the bike to stand up. Street 750-This model replaces the typical Harley-Davidson rumble with more of a polite purr.
