The last thing you should do is check if the problem is solved, to do that just launch GTA San Andreas and check if you can move the mouse. In turn, to avoid other errors both in games and on the computer, it is recommended to use Clean Master on the PC to optimize the system, which can help with the performance of the computer.
Then use up arrow to dive, down arrow to fly higher and left and right arrows to steer. Don't use the mouse, but if you need a better camera angle hold right-click and move the mouse. Also, with the RC-plane mission, it's not really necessary to accelerate much unless you're on the ground. Just use the down arrow to keep you flying high.
1. Open your GTA San Andreas. 2. Open Task Manager. 3. You will see GTA_SA in the "Apps" category. 4. Right click on it then click "Go To Details" 5. Right click again on GTA_SA.EXE and click Set Affinity. 6. Uncheck all CPU's and only check CPU 1 Hope this helps!

I can not remap or use certain keys and mouse buttons in GTA IV. I want to use the right mouse button to move forward on food controls, but it will not let me use it. I am able to map the right mouse button to some other foot controls, just not move forward, and I am able to map it to accelerate for driving controls.
Thanks, Jamal! Indeed, the issue with San Andreas was in CPU affinity, and moreover setting affinity on the launch (eg. using "start /affinity 1 gta-sa.exe") doesn't work - it explicitly has to be set when the process is already running. I'm fed up with all the task manager clicking, so I made a short powershell script. Ie. yqfXKUg. 872 849 744 550 107 456 689 408
